Pharmaceutical plants use industrial push cameras to inspect small diameter dust collector lines. Pharmaceutical plants need to maintain the highest clean room ratings to ensure uncontaminated products. Dust collector lines help to ensure that facilities maintain the cleanest possible environment for manufacturing.
To guarantee the cleanliness and proper function of these 2 to 4 inch diameter dust collection lines, facilities engineers will inspect the entire length of the line with a high quality industrial push camera. Push cameras or pipe inspection cameras can navigate these lines as long as 200 feet in length and will capture video or digital images of the entire inspection. This is the best method to maintain a properly functioning facility and maintain quality control of production.
