Which Video Adapter Should You Have For Your Borescope?

C-Mount Camera Adapters

Rigid borescopes and flexible fiberscopes have a the capability to add video with the addition of a CCD camera. A CCD camera is attached to the eye  piece of a fiberscope or borescope with a C-mount video adapter. Many remote visual inspection applications require the use of small diameter rigid and flexible borescopes to record inspection results or to simply make the equipment easier to work with.

Depending on the the type of borescope and diameter, different borescope video adapters yield very different results. Video borescope adapters come in 16 mm, 25 mm, 35 mm and 40 mm sizes and each performs optimally with the right borescope or flexible fiberscope. Remote visual inspection users can choose between full screen and full image viewing options depending upon their preference.
