Video Borescopes Inspect Bushings in Electrical Capacitors

Video Borescopes are used to inspect Porcelain bushing located on electrical capacitors. The video borescope needs to be of an 8mm or 6mm diameter for best results and 2 to 3 meters in length. Inspectors insert the video borescope inside the bushing to inspect for cracking and other damage that may impair the optimal functioning of the bushing. Video Borescope Rentals are available or the equipment can be purchased to complete this inspection.
